Special Orders & Back Orders
Any special orders or items not showing in stock can be  placed on the back order system, meaning that you will receive your order first, when the product comes back into stock.
The back order system allows you to order more than is in stock so that you can order from one place. eg, we might have 9 of a particular item in stock, but you would like 10. The website will allow you to order 10 and we will send out the 9 that has been allocated to you and the last remaining 1 item will follow as soon as possible. We will keep you informed of any delays and estimated times of delivery as soon as we are made aware.
If you are unhappy with the estimated delivery schedule at this point, you will be entitled to a 100% refund.
The Term “Next Day Delivery”
Next day delivery means that we will endeavour to get your parcel to you by the Next Working Day. If you order on a Friday, we would not expect your parcel to be with you until the following Monday, bank holidays excluded.
You can contact us should you want to upgrade your delivery to a Pre 12 on +44 (0)1403 249966. This is currently charged at £10 in excess of your original shipping charge. This applies to UK Mainland only
Further Delivery Information
Delivery to Countries outside of the UK Mainland
Delivery to Countries outside of the UK Mainland can often vary, due to weight and size of your order. Please note that the cost quoted for delivery is an estimate.
Although 99% of the time your carriage costs are covered.
It is sometimes required to contact you to arrange further payment to ship large or heavy items to you, as the costs when shipping via Air Freight are worked out on volume metric weight. At this point you can either pay the additional balance or request a full refund, should you not want to proceed.
Please note, we are unable to ship the brands Equine America, Freejump products outside of the UK.
Deliveries to United States
Due to size and weight of parcels, the carriage charge can often be greater than that originally charged. In this case, we hold the right to ask for further payment to clear any outstanding excess.
If you chose not to pay the extra charge, we can without delay, cancel the order and refund the whole amount back to your account.

Please Be Aware We are not allowed to send Liquids, Waxes, Creams or Aerosols. These will be deleted out of your order and the cost refunded back to your card.
Should you have any questions with import please feel free to contact your countries Customs Department. Orders from the UK to the USA can be subject to customs charges, paid for by yourselves. We are unable to affect any control over these import duties.
