Kentucky Sheepskin Anatomic Leather Girth
The Kentucky Sheepskin Anatomic Leather Girth is a luxurious soft artificial leather girth with detachable artificial sheepskin liner.
Developed for horses with sensitive skin. The vegan friendly sheepskin is unlike other artificial materials in that it is super soft against your horse’s skin, helping to prevent sores and rubs. This isn’t cheap artificial fur, it is the best in its class in artificial materials, so much so that Kentucky was before up for an award with their artificial sheepskin shipping halters. The innovative artificial sheepskin has the same characteristics of real sheepskin, although this material is more sustainable to washing and ware and tare.
It will not bobble or become matted with washing and can be washed again, again and again. The artificial leather is synthetic and as a result, molds nicely to the horse’s body, does not become hard or crack and is easy to clean.
The Kentucky Sheepskin Anatomic Leather Girth is elasticated at both ends, to ensure even pressure distribution over a wider area. The girth is shaped for a comfortable fit and as a result, allows free movement of the horse’s elbow and shoulder. This is a bonus, when looking for products suitable for sport horses.
The central spring-loaded clip and side rings allow for easy attachment of martingales, breastplates and training aids. White stitching finishes off the look of these stylish girths.
The detachable faux sheepskin liner is easy to remove and replace with its Velcro backing. As a result, this makes it easy to clean in and out of the washing machine. You can purchase replacement girth covers here
