Freejump Stirrups For Children.
Following the success of the adult Freejump Soft ‘Up Pro Stirrups, Freejump recognized that the technology for children’s riding equipment was basic and underdeveloped. Reacting swiftly, Freejump modelled the Soft Up Lite after the adult version, incorporating several noticeable changes.
Brighter colours were introduced to the kids’ stirrups range, including pink, baby blue, and a stylish silver grey, among others. The Freejump Childrens Stirrups now have no weight limit, allowing smaller adults to purchase the children’s Soft ‘Up Lite. The tread width is 10.7cm, typically accommodating up to a UK size 6 shoe.
The Freejump Children’s Stirrups feature a flexible outer branch, which aids in freeing the foot in the event of a fall, as previously mentioned.
The design of the Freejump Stirrups positions the rider’s foot perfectly. The non-slip, moulded, plastic studded tread surface provides excellent grip, helping to maintain the foot’s position at all times.
Do I need to use Freejump Stirrup Leathers with my Freejump Stirrups?
The simple answer is no; it is not necessary to use Freejump Stirrup Leathers with soft up stirrups. Many riders worldwide continue to use their traditional stirrup leathers daily.
The Freejump Childrens Stirrups features a tempered spring steel single-branch with exceptionally high mechanical resistance and a flexible outer spring system. It attaches to the Freejump stirrup leather’s 45° angled eye, ensuring optimal foot positioning.
The branch’s front placement on the tread provides a natural incline with a bevelled rear edge, enhancing the rider’s lateral stability.
The open eye design facilitates quick attachment to the Freejump Stirrup Leathers, allowing for swift stirrup exchanges between saddles.
Set at a 45-degree angle, it ensures the stirrups hang correctly from the leathers.
Riders have the option to customize with coloured pins; while all stirrups include a standard black pin, additional colours offer customization to match riding and team colours.
New colours available include Black, Brown, Blue, Red, Pink, and Silver Grey.
